1. Purpose and Scope
Migze is dedicated to providing a secure, welcoming, and positive social platform for connecting with friends worldwide. In compliance with international child protection standards, local laws, and Google Play Child Safety policies, this document details our commitments, prevention mechanisms, and enforcement procedures against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
2. Absolute Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
Under no circumstances is any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) permitted on Migze. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Visual depictions, photographs, illustrations, animations, or digital media depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Grooming behavior, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempting to arrange illicit sexual contact with anyone under the age of majority.
- Sharing, requesting, linking to, or distributing child sexual abuse material in public chatrooms, private chatrooms, direct private messages, social feeds, or in-app emails.
- Any text discussions, extortion, sextortion, or predatory language targeting or involving children.
3. Proactive Detection and Moderation Measures
Migze employs multi-layered technical and human safeguards to protect our community:
- Automated Content Screening: Text and media filters operate across public chatrooms, profile media, and social feeds to flag suspicious patterns, abusive keywords, and prohibited material before distribution.
- Image Optimization & Scanning: All user-uploaded media (avatars, covers, feed posts, email attachments) is routed through secure CDN endpoints with content verification safeguards.
- Human Moderation: Dedicated platform administrators and safety reviewers monitor flagged content 24/7 to swiftly investigate and take action against policy violations.
4. User Reporting Tools
We empower all Migze users with instant in-app safety controls:
- In-App Content Reporting: Every chat message, profile, feed post, and in-app email features a direct reporting option (via the three-dot action menu) that immediately escalates offending content to our safety team.
- Instant User Blocking: Users can block offending individuals at any time, instantly preventing all incoming messages, emails, or room interactions.
- Default Privacy Protections: By default, Migze blocks incoming emails and private interactions from non-friends to protect users from unsolicited contact.
5. Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant global statutory requirements, Migze immediately reports all identified instances of CSAM or CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities worldwide. We preserve digital evidence and cooperate fully with official investigations.
6. Enforcement Actions
Upon confirmation of any violation involving child exploitation:
- The offending content is immediately and permanently purged from our platform and storage systems.
- The user account is permanently terminated without warning.
- The offending device and credentials are permanently blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
- An official report is submitted to law enforcement agencies and NCMEC.
