Account & Data Deletion - Migze | User Rights

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your profile, chat messages, posts, photos, friends list, and virtual badges cannot be recovered.

📱 Option 1: Delete Inside App

The fastest way if you have the Migze Android app installed:

Open the Migze app on your Android device.
Tap the Profile or side drawer menu.
Navigate to Settings → Security.
Select Delete Account and confirm your password.
Your account and data will be scheduled for immediate erasure.

🌐 Option 2: Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed, submit this web form to request deletion:

What Data is Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following information is permanently removed from our databases:

Profile & Authentication: User ID, username, email, phone number (if provided), hashed password, profile avatar, and status messages.
User Content: All feed posts, media uploads, comments, chatroom messages, direct messages, and reactions.
Social Connections: Friends list, blocked users list, and follower relationships.
Inventory & Rewards: Virtual gifts received/sent, custom IDs, badges, and room moderator status.

Data Retention Timeline

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection laws:

Processing Time: In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Web portal requests are verified and processed within 7 business days.
Backup Purge: Server backup archives overwrite and permanently purge all references within a maximum of 30 days.
Legal Exceptions: Certain transaction or security logs may be retained for the minimum statutory period required by law or strictly necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
